DEPARTURE / RETURN
Departure to Gyumri, Independence Square (Chulochni) next to Progress University. The company informs about the exact time of departure one day before the departure by phone or message, the approximate departure times are 6: 00-9: 00 in the morning, depending on the direction of the tour and the number of groups leaving. The car and the guide arrive at the exact time specified by the Company.
The return is at the same place of departure, the return times depend on the individual tours.

CLOTHING:
- Botas / comfortable shoes, sports / comfortable clothes, warm clothes, backpack, sunglasses, hat, raincoat.

LUGGAGE
Luggage should be small enough to fit comfortably in the car.
Food
For the trip, if you wish, you can take sweets or light food, water.

INSURANCE
- You can do medical insurance yourself, if you wish.
- In case of any health problems during the tour, the Company does not cover the costs.

TRANSPORT
There is no pre-distribution of seats in the company's vehicles, the principle of rotation of seats applies, ie the seats are changed back and forth and vice versa. Only in exceptional cases is a special seat provided due to health condition.

DISCOUNTS FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS
5% discount in case of using our company more than once. 20% discount if used more than four times.

PAYMENT:
- In case of canceling by you the tour for any reason, the amount you paid is not refundable. The amount you paid will not be refunded if you are late for the tour.
- In case of force majeure for the Company, in case the Company cancels the tour, the amount paid by the Customer will be fully refunded. The Company offers compensation to the visitor in case of canceled tour due to force majeure in the form of discounts or provision of additional services for further tours.
