Ani

Visit the ruins of Ani, the once-glorious medieval capital of Armenia, famously known as the “City of 1001 Churches.”

Lake Van

You will have the opportunity to swim in Lake Van and taste the famous Van trout, one of the region’s most well-known traditional dishes.

Akhtamar Island

Boat trip to Akhtamar Island, home to one of the masterpieces of Armenian medieval architecture — the Holy Cross Church (Surb Khach).

Kars Fortress

Visit to Kars Fortress, offering impressive panoramic views of the city and surrounding mountains.

Mush Plain and Basen*

During the journey we will also see the historic Mush Plain and the Basen region.

Road along the slopes of Mount Ararat

We will travel along the slopes of Mount Ararat toward the “other side” of the mountain, where unique views of the surrounding landscape open up.

Berkri Waterfall

Visit to the famous Berkri Waterfall, considered one of the most beautiful natural attractions of the region.

Historic cities

During the tour we will also visit the cities of Van, Kars, Igdir, and Bayazet, as well as Sarighamish.
